Vivianite, Blue Ochre

Natural mineral pigment, ferric phosphate. Gentle –blue-grey with a slight greenish cast. The stones are pulverised/sieved/washed down to 50micron pigment powder.

The paint becomes more transparent when pulled out as a glaze.

Medium drying time 4-6 days for thin applications. Semi-opaque.
